    Geo-information Science in New Economic Era

    It is generally introduced in the paper the progress China has made in the past 15 years in spatial data acquirement and data mining. The author discussed in detail geo information science how to meet the challenges and opportunities of new economy in the face of knowledge based innovation, especially discussed the new concept 'geo informatic graphic analysis (Tupu)'. 'Beijing declaration' for the 'digital earth' and 'Shanghai declaration' for 'city informatization' are introduced. The author appeals t reinforce the international cooperation and communication, and provides information service for global and regional sustainable development.

    This paper introduces the ES and the integration of ES and GIS Based on Garden and Green GIS of Shanghai, it discusses the methods for embedding the ES modules into GIS,including acquisition of knowledge, expression of knowledge, design of knowledge base and design of inference engine etc The research result shows that construction of GIS embedding ES ideology can increase intelligency and has practical meanings to present situation.

    It is assured that the economic competition in the next century will depend on the level of mastering information Surely, the position of China in the competition will also depend on our level of mastering the information Therefore, we have to make every effort to enter the information age as soon as possible What we have to do first is implementing the environmental information systems of western China (including social and natural data) Based on the reliable digital information, we can analyze the data and simulate the scenarios of ecology economy coupling using Geographic Information System Furthermore, we can use the data and the modeling results to monitor the dynamics of the environmental changes and to provide useful information for decision making processes of environmental management.

    This paper introduces and studies several key steps which affect InSAR result, combined by instantiality At present, there are 4 5 SAR satellites which can be used in InSAR, especially, ERS 1/2 is the best in all SAR satellites The core procedures are as follow: sub pixel degree registration, coherence analysis, and unwrapped phase and so on The precision and noise level are important conditions which determine if InSAR can come a really useful tool, the precision of D InSAR is cm mm level in the measurement of crustal deformation, noise influence the coherence of surface feature, the coherence is lost in places of more noise.
