摘要

随着区域一体化进程的加快,中国城市群快速地发展起来,城市群城际间的人口流动研究得到了国内外学者的关注。城市群空间结构的研究以地理实体空间分析为主,城际人口流动的研究多使用传统统计数据,而将大数据运用于城市群空构特征,并结合传统的社会经济统计数据对该区域人口流动的影响因素进行分析。研究发现：① 微博签到数据进一步解释了成渝城市群呈现出“双核多中心”的组团特征,成都市和重庆主城构成了“双核”;② 微博人口流动的方向会受到行政区划的影响,微博人口流动的强度呈现出一定的等级差异;③ 微博人口流动的强度与方向同社会经济发展水平呈现出相对一致性,即地区生产总值越高、人口规模越大或交通联系强度越强,则人口流动越强烈。

Abstract

With the rapid development of regional integration, nowadays the regional inter-city migration gets the more attention of the scholars at home and abroad. Micro-blog, as one of the most popular application in China, has become a hotspot of research in areas such as sociology and computer. Check-in, as one of Micro-blog's functions, can reflect the flow of inter-city population in real time. We used the crawler program to collect the research samples in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration in January 2014. The information includes the Micro-blog's unique ID number, the grid coordinates of Micro-blog sending place, and the city code of the registered place, etc. By running this program, a total of 804204 valid Micro-blog check-in data weare obtained from the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration. Based on Micro-blog checking areas, this study analyzeds the spatial structure of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration. And Wwe combined the micro-blog data with the traditional socioeconomic data, in order to analyze the impact factors of the regional migration. The results indicates that the spatial structure of micro-blog shows the characteristics of "many centers of dual-core" group in this area. There are only two cities whose micro-blog flows are more than 100,000. They are Chengdu and Chongqing, forming athe “dual-core”. The direction of Micro-blog flow is affected by administrative division, and the intensity of Micro-blog flow presents a certain grade difference. The network shows an obvious hierarchy, and it closely correlatesnnects with the actual social-economic area closely, such as GDP, population size and the strength of traffic connection. For Chengdu and Chongqing, its GDP ranksed first and second,1, 2 respectively, with athe population size all of greater than 7.59 million and both as a regional transport hubs, it makes their micro-blogWeibo flows areintensity in ranked 1st and, 2nd, places respectively. Lastly, there are still some differences between Micro-blog's space and the actual geographic space inof Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration. In the background of the national Yangtze River Economic Belt and China's new urbanization, we put the network information into the geographical space. Actually In this paper we discovered the spatial network characteristics of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, and then this paper pointeds out the influence of socioeconomic factors on Micro-blog cyberspace flow. Of course, there may still be other factors behind Micro-blog's cyberspace, which need to be explored and analyzed in the future.

1 引言

城市群空间结构的研究起源于20世纪30年代,中心地理论首次对区域内的城市群体进行系统化的研究。随着全球化和科学技术的飞速发展,城市群的研究进一步向区域化、信息网络化等领域扩展[1,2]。国外学者大多通过构建模型对城市群的城市间相互作用进行研究[3,4,5]。城市群在中国发育较晚,国内学者对城市群的研究较为传统,数据来源多为社会经济统计数据或抽样调查数据,研究内容多涉及城市群空间范围识别[6]、城市群紧凑程度测度[7]、城市群空间结构探究[8,9]和城市群产业发展形态[10,11]等方面。“一带一路”战略背景下,成渝城市群作为中国重点建设的五大城市群之一,发挥着承东启西、贯通南北的重要作用[12]。利用社会经济统计数据分析区域人口与经济的空间分布特征以及城镇结构与产业布局的特征,发现成渝城市群呈现出典型的双极核空间结构特征,并依托成渝两核对整个区域辐射扩散[13,14];基于引力模型的成渝城市群吸引力格局研究表明区域内部发展不均衡[15];通过夜晚灯光数据研究发现成渝城市群已进入快速发育阶段,区域差异持续扩大[16,17]。现阶段,城市群空间结构的研究以地理实体空间分析为主,多聚焦东部沿海成熟的城市群,对处于初级发展阶段的成渝城市群关注较少且研究方法较传统[18]。
基于大数据视角的城市群人口流动研究主要侧重于描述城市群内部人口流动特征。国外学者多利用Twitter数据研究城镇体系,即利用含地理信息的Twitter数据分析一定区域范围内不同城市空间的人口流动特征,进而研究区域城镇体系[19,20,21]。国内学者利用微博的地理属性将大数据信息赋予空间意义[22,23,24,25],通过采集微博位置信息模拟人流情况,构建区域流动空间模型研究城市空间流动特征[26,27,28,29]。带有地理位置信息的大数据具有覆盖面广、数据量大、属性多元化等特点,成渝城市群作为中国西部地区唯一的国家级城市群,有必要利用大数据对该区域进行相关研究。
本文利用新浪微博用户签到信息,尝试从城市规模、职能和空间形态等方面对成渝城市群的空间结构进行探究,以期合理确定各城市定位与发展方向,进一步优化成渝城市群空间格局。此外,将社交网络“大数据”与传统统计“小数据”相结合,从地区生产总值、人口规模和交通联系等方面,对成渝城市群人口流动的影响因子进行相关研究。

2 研究区概况、数据源与研究方法

2.1 研究区概况

成渝城市群是中国西部地区人口、产业最为集中,城镇分布密度最高的区域,对该区域的空间结构和人口流动进行研究将具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。因此,本研究区域选定为成渝城市群。《成渝城市群发展规划》划定的成渝城市群范围包括四川省和重庆市的部分地区,具体包括四川省的成都、自贡、泸州等15个市,重庆市的渝中、万州、黔江等27个区（县）以及开县、云阳的部分地区,总面积为1.85×105 km2。

2.2 数据源

《新浪微博元年白皮书》的调查数据显示：新浪微博是国内影响力最大、用户使用率最高的主流微博产品[26]。因此,本文利用新浪微博上发布的位置信息作为数据源,对区域的人口流动空间进行研究。这一研究的基础是获取社交网络上的非本地位置数据,即利用已发布在社交网络上的地理位置异于用户常在地的数据,用以模拟城市间的短时人口流动情况,构建区域流动空间矩阵模型。
2.2.1 数据获取
通过编制爬虫程序采集2014年1月成渝城市群范围内的研究样本,采集的信息包括微博唯一编号、微博发送地的经纬坐标、微博注册地的城市代码等。最终运行爬虫程序,攻击到804 204个有效微博签到数据,并对存在的噪声（如广告）进行了去除。
2.2.2 数据处理
（1）数据采集的空间选择。数据的采集要保证对成渝城市群范围内的全覆盖。需要说明的是： ①在重庆市市域范围内,将渝中、江北、南岸、九龙坡、沙坪坝、大渡口、北碚、渝北和巴南9个区统称为重庆主城,是重庆市的核心地区,因此本研究将以上9个区归并为“重庆主城”;② 四川省资阳市下辖的简阳市于2016年归成都市代管,在此之前简阳市属资阳市。本研究使用的微博数据时间段为2014年1月,故将简阳市归为资阳市;③ 本研究已剔除绵阳的北川县、平武县、达州的万源市、雅安的天全县、宝兴县。但重庆市的“开县、云阳的部分地区”没有明确指出范围边界,加之开县和云阳2个区县总体发展水平较低,对整个研究区的微博流空间影响较小,故保留开县和云阳2个区县的全域。
（2）数据采集的时间跨度。为满足研究需要,数据采集的时间为2014-01-01至2014-01-31。该时段不仅包括正常工作日与休息日的两周时间（即1~15日）,也包括中国每年最大规模的人口迁移时段——春运（即16-31日）。因此,数据涵盖了不同类型时间段的微博位置信息,能够较为全面地概括研究区内微博流的空间特征。

2.3 数据交叉验证

为了验证微博数据的空间代表性,本文选择了夜晚灯光数据对微博签到数据进行了交叉验证。夜晚灯光遥感影像和人类活动存在密切联系,具备可视性、连续性、综合性的特点。灯光遥感影像上的明暗对比是城市化水平、人口规模、经济发展水平等多种因子综合作用的结果。
2014年夜晚灯光遥感影像图中（图1）,颜色越深,表示该地夜晚灯光越强,社会经济越活跃;颜色越浅则表示夜晚灯光较弱,社会经济发展水平较低。成渝城市群的夜晚灯光遥感影像呈现出以成都、重庆为双核、各地级市为小区域中心的空间结构特征,即“双核多中心”的组团特征,这与微博空间结构特征（图2）相契合。因此,本文选取微博数据研究成渝城市群人口流动的影响因素具有一定的代表性。

2.4 研究方法

在新浪微博中,位置信息包括微博发送地、微博注册地两种类型。假设某一微博发送地为A市,该微博注册地为B市。如果A市与B市是同一城市（即A=B）,那么该条微博的发送者在该市市域范围内产生了空间上的移动;如果A市与B市不是同一城市（即A≠B）,那么该条微博的发送者产生了跨市域范围的空间位移。本论文将人口流动的定义为：如果注册地为A市的社交网络用户在B市发布了一条位置信息,那么则认为观测到了该用户在AB之间的一次短时流动。若A市与B市之间的短时流动数量越大,则反映了两城市之间的联系越紧密。当微博发送地与注册地位于不同城市时,A市的人口流入量MA即注册地为非A市的微博用户在A市发送的微博信息总量;A市的人口流出量NA即注册地为A市的微博用户在非A市发送的微博信息总量;A市的跨市域人口流动量PA为A市的人口流入量与A市的人口流出量之和;A市的人口流动总量QA为A市的跨市域人口流动量与A市市域范围内人口流量之和。

式中：QA为微博发送地为A市的人口流动总量;RA为微博发送地和注册地均为A市的人口流动量。
据此,若A市的人口流入量（MA）越大,则A市越具有吸引力;若A市的人口流出量（NA）越大,则反映了A市较其他城市吸引力越小;若A市的跨市域人口流动量（PA）越大,则反映了A市与其他城市的联系越密切,城际人口流动较频繁。
本文首先以成渝城市群各地级市为研究基点,依据一定的标准筛选提取基于地理位置信息服务（LBS）记录的新浪微博用户时空活动的大数据信息。其次,依据提取的微博数据作为研究样本,分别采集研究样本的微博注册地与微博发送地,建立微博人口流动矩阵,并对数据进行标准化处理,构建成渝城市群各地级市之间的微博人口流动数据库。最后,借助ArcGIS软件将数据库的信息反映到成渝城市群空间上,进而分析微博人口流动的空间特征、表现形式及影响因素。

3 结果及分析

3.1 微博视角下的区域人口流动提取与特征分析

3.1.1 区域人口流动提取
首先,根据微博发送地的地理坐标与行政区范围,获取微博发送地城市名和微博注册地城市名。其次,筛选出发送地为A市的所有微博,并统计出不同注册地在A市发送的微博数量。依此类推,分别统计出各个城市人口流动情况,最终构建人口流动矩阵（图3）。如图3所示,颜色越红表示人流量越大,颜色越蓝表示人流量越小。

3.1.2 区域人口流动特征分析
（1）区域人口流动的等级差异明显
根据人口流动矩阵制作微博流量弦图（图4）,不同颜色的曲线代表了不同城市的人口流动情况,圆弧上的刻度值代表人口流动总量QA（万人）。各城市代表的圆弧弧长越长,QA越大,人口流动越频繁;与A市颜色相同的曲线代表以A市为起始点,以曲线连接的其他城市为终点的A市的人口流出量NA;与A市颜色不同的曲线代表以其他城市为起始点,A市为曲线连接终点的A市的人口流入量MA。

由图4可以看出,人口流动总量QA与城市定位（表1）呈正相关关系,即城市等级越高,城市人口流动总量越大,城市人口流动总量随城市等级的降低而下降。人口流动总量大于10万的城市仅有成都市和重庆市,人口流动总量大于1万且小于10万的城市包括四川省的自贡、泸州、德阳、绵阳、遂宁、乐山、南充、眉山、宜宾、广安、达州和资阳,共12个地级市,人口流动总量小于1万的城市为除重庆主城以外的重庆市其他区县和四川省的内江和雅安2个市。

进一步分析发现,成都和重庆人口流动总量QA均大于10万,但成都的人口流动总量约为重庆的人口流动总量的2倍。两城市的等级定位均为辐射带动城市,但是人口活跃程度存在较大差距。此外,城市定位为区域中心城市的黔江和万州,其人口流动总量小于1万,人口活跃程度较低;人口流动总量大于1万且小于10万的城市中,德阳、达州和遂宁定位为重要节点城市。虽然万州和黔江人口流动总量不及德阳、达州和遂宁,但它们分别是渝东北和渝东南的区域中心,在小范围区域中起着至网络节点的作用,导致其成为区域中心城市。
（2）行政区划影响下的区域人口流动
根据人口流动矩阵绘制出的弦图显示,人口流动总量QA超过1万人次的城市依次有成都、重庆主城、绵阳、德阳、南充、乐山、泸州、宜宾、达州9个地级市。值得注意的是,以上9个地级市的最大人口流动均在城市内部,即没有跨越地级市的行政边界,呈现出以行政区划为边界的特征,区域一体化程度不高。
由人口流动矩阵可知,成渝城市群内部的人口流动量由大到小分别是：各地级市内部>省域内部>省际之间。以成都市为例,成都市内部人口流量RA已达162 175人次,由四川省省内流入成都市的人口流入量MA1为78 054人次,由重庆市全市流入成都市的人口流入量MA2仅为5700人次,其中重庆主城占2938人次。这表明一般地级市之间的人口流动主要以省域内部为主,省际间的人口流动则需要发挥区域中心城市的带动作用。行政区划影响下的人口流动在中小城市体现的尤为明显。
（3）“双核多中心”的组团模式
采用Kernel核密度分析法,搜索半径设定为默认值,对成渝城市群的微博活动空间进行分析（图5）。其中,颜色越深表示核密度越大,微博活动越集聚微博活跃程度越高,反之亦然。由核密度分析图可知,成渝城市群的微博活动空间呈现“双核多中心”的组团模式,以成都和重庆为双核,各地级市均有小组团。

具体来讲,成都市作为成渝城市群中四川省的“核”,辐射带动了德阳、绵阳、眉山、资阳等相邻地区;重庆主城作为成渝城市群中重庆市的“核”,主要辐射带动着渝西地区的发展,与渝东北渝东南的联系较少。此外,宜宾、泸州、雅安、万州、涪陵等市域范围内拥有一个组团,乐山、遂宁、云阳等市域范围内拥有2个组团,绵阳、德阳、内江等拥有3个及以上的组团。就组团数量而言,四川省各地级市明显多于重庆市各区县;就组团规模而言,四川省各地市明显大于重庆市各区县。这说明成渝城市群范围内,四川的微博人口活跃程度高于重庆市的微博人口活跃程度。

3.2 区域人口流动的影响因素研究

3.2.1 地区生产总值
采用各地级市2014年GDP总量来反映社会经济发展水平,并将其由大到小进行排序,分析微博人口流动强度与社会经济发展水平的关系。如图6所示,横坐标为2014年各地级市微博人口流动强度的水平位序,越靠后表示该地级市的微博人口流动强度越低;主纵坐标表示2014年各地级市的微博人口流动总量（千人次）QA;次纵坐标表示各城市2014年经济总量（百亿元）。整体而言,微博人口流动强度与地区生产总值呈正相关关系,即随着地区生产总值的增加,微博人口流动强度呈现出增强的趋势。

自然断点法（Natural Breaks）是基于数据固有的自然分组,将数据集中且不连续的裂点作为分级依据,对相似值进行恰当分组并在数值差异较大处设置边界,使得同一级别的数值具有一定的相似性,不同级别之间的差异最大化[30]。本文基于自然断点法将2014年地区生产总值分成三级：1.35百亿元~5.54百亿元为第三层级,5.54百亿元~15.79百亿元为第二层级,15.79百亿元~100.56百亿元为第一层级（图6）。成都和重庆主城属于第一层级;绵阳、德阳、乐山、眉山、南充、遂宁、资阳、内江、自贡、宜宾、泸州、广安、达州、涪陵、万州属于第二层级;其余城市为第三层级（图7）。由于成都和重庆主城分别是四川省和重庆市的经济中心,资本、技术、劳动力等要素在此大量汇集,集聚作用显著,辐射带动能力强,因此成都和重庆主城的经济总量和微博人口流动总量均远远高于其他城市。地区生产总值位于第二层级的城市中,绵阳、德阳、乐山、眉山、南充、遂宁、资阳、内江、自贡、宜宾、泸州、广安和达州的微博人口流动量位序为3~15,仅有涪陵和万州的微博人口流动总量位序靠后,分别为17和22。涪陵是连接渝西和渝东地区的枢纽,经济较发达;万州作为渝东北的区域核心城市得到了较为充足的发展,但由于网络通讯等基础设施建设较为滞后,其微博活跃程度较低。综上,微博人口流动强度与地区生产总值存在着相对一致性,说明经济发展是人口流动的重要动力,一切可能导致经济发展水平提升的因素均可间接导致人口流动的加剧。

3.2.2 人口规模
人口规模是衡量城市等级的重要标准之一。通过《重庆统计年鉴（2015）》和《四川统计年鉴（2015）》统计2014年成渝城市群中各地级市的年末户籍人口规模,采用自然断点法分析微博人口流动与人口规模的关系（图8）。将人口规模分为三级：户籍人口数量大于759万人为第一级,户籍人口数量大于175万人且小于759万人为第二级,户籍人口数量小于175万人为第三级。其中,成都为第一级城市;第二级城市包括四川省除雅安市以外的所有地级市和重庆主城;其余地级市划分到第三级城市。

成都市是成渝城市群范围内唯一一个户籍人口大于759万人的城市,其微博人口流动量位居第一且远远超过第二名。这说明成都市经济发展水平较高,基础配套设施完善,产业发展条件良好,能够吸引大量的人口汇集。微博人口流动量从大到小排序,重庆主城、绵阳、南充、德阳、乐山、达州、宜宾、泸州、遂宁、眉山、内江、广安、资阳、自贡分别位居2-14位,这些城市恰好为人口规模第二级的城市。因此,微博人口流动量与人口规模关系最为密切。换言之,人口规模的大小在一定程度上就决定了微博人口流动量的大小。
3.2.3 交通联系
将微博矢量数据栅格化,可以发现大量的微博位置信息大致勾勒出成渝城市群的交通网络,成都、重庆主城、遂宁、泸州等交通节点城市凸显（图9）,微博流动空间与交通联系网络存在一定关联。以上研究表明成都和重庆主城具备较强的辐射带动能力,对周边地区的社会经济发展影响较大。因此,抓取百度地图中两城市与其他城市之间的城际交通耗时时长（高速优先）,从而分析交通联系与微博人口流动的关系（图10）。将耗时时长划分为60 min以内、61~90 min、91~120 min、121~150 min及150 min以上5个等级;将耗时时长小于90 min的城市定义为联系较强的城市,时长大于90 min的城市定义为联系较弱的城市。

成都市与眉山市的交通联系最紧密,与德阳、雅安、资阳的联系次之;重庆主城与合川、长寿、璧山、永川、江津的交通联系最紧密。与微博流量弦图比对可知,成都市的微博信息与南充、绵阳、资阳、德阳和眉山的地理关联性较强;重庆主城的微博信息与重庆市其他各区县的地理关联性较强,其中与永川、长寿、江津、合川、荣昌和垫江的关联性较明显。可以发现：交通联系越紧密,两城市的人口流动越频繁,微博流动空间的地理关联性越强。交通作为人口流动的重要载体,对微博人口流动的活跃程度会产生重要影响。

4 结论与讨论

本文研究结果表明新型的新浪微博签到的地理位置数据被成功应用于成渝城市群的空间结构特征分析,结合传统的社会经济统计数据进一步获取了区域人口流动的影响因素。就空间结构而言,成渝城市群的人口流动呈现出显著的等级差异特征,具体表现为人口流动强度与城市等级的相对一致性,以及人口流动方向与行政区域划分的关联性。一般来说,城市等级越高,人口流动强度最大,并且有极大可能成为人口流入的主要地区。进一步研究发现,成渝城市群的微博空间结构模式为“双核多中心”,这与《成渝城市群发展规划》提出的“双核三区、一轴两带”空间发展格局大致契合。值得注意的是,本文发现重庆主城、黔江、万州等城市的微博空间与实体城市等级并不完全一致。因此,在成渝城市群的初级发展阶段,应充分考虑城市实际发展水平和发展定位之间的关系,以推动区域协调发展。
就人口流动的影响因素而言,成渝城市群微博人口流动的强度与方向同社会经济发展水平呈现出相对一致性,地区生产总值、人口规模和交通联系是影响人口流动的3个重要因子。总体而言,四川省各市的发展水平优于重庆市各区县,四川各市的微博活跃程度高于重庆各区县。此外,一地区承担着次区域中心功能或交通枢纽功能时,其微博人流空间形态与社会经济发展水平的关联性不尽相同。为进一步增强区域人口活跃度,促进成渝城市群一体化发展,应重点考虑以上3个因子。
已有研究表明,区域网络空间不是地理实体空间的简单投影[31],微博网络所呈现出的特征是社会经济因子综合作用的结果,社会经济因素、原有城市等级在城市群网络空间的塑造中仍然发挥作用。此外,本文关注城际之间的人口流动,暂未涉及城市内部的人口流动问题,在未来的研究中均有待深入挖掘和分析。

The tens of millions of places represented virtually are part of a worldwide engineering project that is unprecedented in scale or scope and made possible by contemporary Web 2.0 technologies. The virtual Earth that has been constructed is more than just a collection of digital maps, images and articles that have been uploaded into Web 2.0 cyberspaces; it is instead a fluid and malleable alternate dimension that both influences and is influenced by the physical world.

New techniques are being used and new terms have been invented and entered the lexicon such as: mash-ups, crowdsourcing, neogeography and geostack. A whole range of websites and communities from the commercial Google Maps to the grassroots OpenStreetMap, and applications such as Platial, also have emerged. In their totality, these new applications represent a step change in the evolution of the area of Internet geographic applications (which some have termed the GeoWeb ). The nature of this change warrants an explanation and an overview, as it has implications both for geographers and the public notion of Geography. This article provides a critical review of this newly emerging landscape, starting with an introduction to the concepts, technologies and structures that have emerged over the short period of intense innovation. It introduces the non-technical reader to them, suggests reasons for the neologism, explains the terminology, and provides a perspective on the current trends. Case studies are used to demonstrate this Web Mapping 2.0 era, and differentiate it from the previous generation of Internet mapping. Finally, the implications of these new techniques and the challenges they pose to geographic information science, geography and society at large are considered.

Computers, Environment and Urban Systems, 2017,65:93-102.Cellular automata (CA) models of spatial change have been developed and applied in the context of large regional or metropolitan areas and usually use regular cells, with spatial interactions and transition rules operating within fixed-size neighbourhoods. Model calibration has also been an area of intensive research with many models still using expert-based input to ensure visual calibration of modelled land use maps. In this paper, we present an innovative CA model where irregular cells and variable neighbourhoods are used to better represent space and spatial interaction. Calibration is based on an optimisation procedure that uses particle swarm (PS) to determine the optimal set of parameters of the CA model. Hypothetical test instances are used to assess the CA model and its calibration to small urban areas. Our conclusion was that the use of PS ensures calibration results for the CA model that compare very well with results obtained through other approaches reported in the literature.

Using a balanced panel dataset for US metropolitan areas, we estimate a system of simultaneous equations to measure the indirect effect of urban agglomeration economies which arises through transport provision. Our findings suggest that public transit reinforces the effect of urban agglomeration, whereas road lane miles appear to weaken it. The results highlight the importance of public transit in supporting positive urban agglomeration externalities.

宋吉涛,方创琳,宋敦江.中国城市群空间结构的稳定性分析[J].地理学报,2006,61(12):1311-1325.应用中心地理论,引入中心性指数和分形网络维数等方法以及GIS格网化技术,按照交通原则,即K=4作为参照系,采用2004年基础数据,对由160个地级市和700多个县级市构成的28个城市群及其空间结构的稳定性进行了定量测度。结果显示:①中心性指数越大的城市群,其空间结构稳定性越强;②中心性指数越大,与中心地结构相似性程度越高,空间稳定性越强;③网络维数越大,城市群空间结构稳定性越强;④点列数越长的城市群空间结构稳定性越强;⑤依据中心性指数大小,可将中国城市群划分为单核分割型、单核偏离型、单核集中型、双核平衡型和双核偏离型共5大类型;⑥根据半升梯形模糊隶属度函数模拟结果,将中国城市群空间结构稳定性划分为强稳定型、较强稳定型、中等稳定型、弱稳定型和不稳定型共5个等级;⑦根据不同等级的城市群个数,认为中国城市群空间结构的稳定性相对较差。本文最后提出了技术应用、参数选择等方面存在的问题以及未来研究的重点。

姚士谋,陈爽.长江三角洲地区城市空间演化趋势[J].地理学报,1998,53(S):1-10.Following the reformation and open-door policy, the Changjiang River delta, one of the e-conomy developed coastal areas in China, shows that the city is being industrialized, the region is being urbanized, and the city and countryside are merging into an organic whole. In the recent twenty years, the economy of this delta has developed rapidly. At the same time, the regional infrastructure has been improved day by day; the social, economical, cultural and technological relations among cities have been reinforced; the urban district has spread from a point to a area by the way of agglomeration and axis-pattern extension; and the level of industrialization and modernization of the city has been heightened continually. Therefore, in the economy developed areas, the main features and the radical trend of the urban spatial evolution appear in the form that the city and the countryside merge into an organic whole owing to agglomeration, reciprocal attraction and reciprocal dispersion of the cities. This paper mainly studies the fundamental characteristics, dynamic mechanism, function variations and the trend of the urban spatial ex-pansion in developed areas, together with a lot of typical cases of cities in the Changjiang River delta.

王志宪,虞孝感,徐科峰.长江三角洲地区可持续发展的态势与对策[J].地理学报,2005,60(3):381-391.长江三角洲自20世纪90年代以来经济发展非常迅速,在全国的地位不断上升,且其产业结构也在逐步改善.外商投资在该区异常活跃,投资规模越来越大,2003年实际利用外资占全国的比例已达45.55%.该地区还是我国区域经济合作发展实施进程较快、力度较大、政府重视程度较高的地区.但长江三角洲在发展中仍存在不少问题,如引进外资的整体层次不高、耕地流失严重且建设用地的集约化程度较低、能源缺口较大、交通运输紧张及生态环境恶化等.长江三角洲地区目前虽然出现了这些问题,但不能由此而限制它的发展,要充分利用长江三角洲有利的区位优势,走可持续发展道路,在发展中解决问题.具体应该做到要切实明确长江三角洲在全国区域经济分工中的地位,在提高产业发展层次的同时,不可放松对劳动密集型产业的发展,并以科学发展观为指导,加强土地资源和能源的管理,加速环境保护和生态修复工作的进程.

蔺雪芹,方创琳.城市群工业发展的生态环境效应分析—以武汉城市群为例[J].地理研究,2010,29(12):2233-2243.随着城市群生态环境问题的日益凸显和环境对城市群刚性约束作用的日益明显,城市群地区产业发展对生态环境的影响日渐受到关注。本文从已有研究的薄弱环节入手,从资源能源利用和生态环境影响的角度出发,对不同工业行业发展的生态环境影响进行了定量评价,并在此基础上构建了工业生态环境影响指数,定量对武汉城市群工业发展对生态环境的影响进行了综合评价。研究结果表明:1997-2006年武汉城市群工业生态环境影响指数总体表现出先下降后上升的变化趋势,除武汉市其余8市工业生态环境影响指数不断增大;天门市工业生态环境影响指数最小,黄石市工业生态环境影响指数最大;各城市工业生态环境影响指数差异较大,但相对差异在1997-2006年之间先升后降;仙桃市工业生态环境影响指数上升幅度最大,武汉市下降幅度最大;武汉城市群工业生态环境影响指数的空间分异逐渐明显;除武汉市外,武汉城市群及其内部其余8市工业增长模式均表现出不可持续的发展态势。若继续按现有模式发展,武汉城市群工业发展对生态环境造成的压力将继续增大,未来应大力发展先进制造业,严格控制高能耗、高污染产业的大幅度增长,广泛应用高新技术和先进适用技术改造提升传统制造业,广泛开展循环经济,培育延伸产业链,通过工业结构的调整和集约发展促进资源节约和环境友好型工业的发展。

陈浩,陆林,郑嬗婷.基于旅游流的城市群旅游地旅游空间网络结构分析:以珠江三角洲城市群为例[J].地理学报,2011,66(2):257-266.随着城市化进程的逐步推进,城市群逐渐成为旅游发展赖以依存的区域主体,也必将成为一种特殊尺度类型的旅游目的地。文章基于相关文献的分析,界定了城市群旅游地的概念。在对珠三角旅行社区内线路、区内长途客运、国内(省外)旅行社赴珠三角及港澳游客实际到达情况分析的基础上,运用网络理论和方法对珠三角城市群网络结构进行了定量研究。结果表明,广州的到达中心性、接近性、中间度数值均较高,也是国内(省外)游客到珠三角的集散地,在网络中处于中心地位;深圳、珠海由于毗邻香港和澳门,是珠三角城市群区域重要的目的地,同时也是港澳游客进入内地特别是珠三角的重要集散地。其他城市如佛山、东莞两城市以商务旅游为主,惠州、肇庆以生态旅游为特色,而中山、江门则两者兼具的特点。最后构建了珠三角城市群旅游地空间网络结构模式,形成"三级旅游基地、三类旅游区域、三条主要旅游轴线"的空间模式。

杨任飞,罗红霞,周盛,等.夜间灯光数据驱动的成渝城市群空间形成过程重建及分析[J].地球信息科学学报,2017,19(5):653-661.2016年4月发布的《成渝城市群发展规划》首次正式确定了成渝城市群的内涵和具体边界,重建成渝城市群的形成过程,有利于把握未来发展趋势,并合理优化与调整其发展过程。在重建技术方面,对DMSP/OLS夜间灯光数据传统的不变目标区域校正法加以改进,将成渝城市群2013年城市市区范围内的全部像元加入校正模型的拟合中,设计了统计数据的校正规则,再通过二分比较法较好地恢复了成渝城市群内各城市建成区的时序空间信息。提取面积与统计面积总体平均相对误差为-0.38%,利用高分辨率Google Earth图像验证的建成区提取准确率达到98.29%,相比其他研究结果,经方法改进后的提取结果精度高且稳定。在结果分析方面,基于提取结果展开对城市群建成区重心转移过程与城市聚合过程的深层次研究,剖析了城市群的内部格局与时空变化特征。分析表明,成渝城市群的聚合情况与《成渝城市群发展规划》高度吻合,城市群已进入快速发育阶段,随着区域差异的持续扩大,成都、重庆都市圈的核心地位逐渐形成,而重庆的发展态势稍好。

方创琳. 中国城市群研究取得的重要进展与未来发展方向[J].地理学报,2014,69(8):1130-1144.Urban agglomeration has been the inevitable result of China's rapid industrialization and urbanization over the last 30 years. Since the early 2000s, urban agglomeration has become the new regional unit participating in international competition and the division of labor. China has declared urban agglomeration the main spatial component of new types of urbanization over the next decade as clarified at the first Central Urbanization Working Conference and in the National New-type Urbanization Plan (2014-2020). However, research on urban agglomeration remains weak and needs to be strengthened. From 1934 to 2013, only 19 papers published in Acta Geographica Sinica contained the theme of urban agglomeration (0.55% of the total number of articles published) and the first paper on urban agglomeration appeared less than 10 years ago. Despite a small number of divergent studies, this work has contributed to and guided the formation of the overall pattern of urban agglomeration in China. For example, spatial analyses have promoted the formation of the fundamental framework of China's urban agglomeration spatial structure and guided the National New-type Urbanization Plan; spatial identification standards and technical processes have played an important role in identifying the scope and extent of urban agglomeration; serial studies have facilitated pragmatic research; and problems with the formation and development of urban agglomeration have provided a warning for future choices and Chinese development. Future research into urban agglomeration in China should (1) review and examine new problems in China's urban agglomeration options and cultivation; (2) critically consider urban agglomeration when promoting the formation of the 5+9+6 spatial pattern; (3) rely on urban agglomeration to construct new urbanization patterns such as 'stringing the agglomerations with the axis, supporting the axis with the agglomerations'; and (4) deepen national awareness about resources, environment effects and environmental carrying capacity in high density urban agglomerations, management and government coordination innovation, the construction of public finance and fiscal reserve mechanisms, the technical regulation of urban agglomeration planning, and standards for identifying the scope and extent of urban agglomeration.

Micro-blog, as one of the most important social network platforms, has experienced vigorous growth and now becomes one of the most popular Internet applications in China. Although micro-blog has become a hotspot of research in areas such as computer and sociology, there have been relatively few studies from the perspective of geography. Compared with the existing researches on cybergeography mainly focused on network infrastructure used to simulate the influence of information, the research based on micro-blog users' relationship will undoubtedly reflect interpersonal communication more directly, thus help to analyze the impact of information on interpersonal social network. Therefore, this paper tries to analyze cybergeography based on micro-blog users' relationship. The study firstly selects 100 micro-blog users in Nanjing and collects these users' followers, followings, friends, and their geospatial information. Then it analyzes the geographical features, forms and the reasons. The results are obtained as follows. (1) The role of distance still acts in the network information space, for a certain distance attenuation phenomenon still exists in network information contact. And the amount of network information contact with these selected users in Jiangsu province occupies the largest part of the country's total, while this figure in Nanjing city also occupies most parts of the total in Jiangsu Province. (2) The network information contact is well consistent with the actual social-economic contact, for not only the strength of network information shows a relative consistence with the social-economic development, but also the pattern of network information contact shows a relative consistence with the overall pattern of social-economic development. (3) The network information space also shows an obvious hierarchy, for not only the strength of network information contact shows different hierarchical levels, but also the network information contact between cities is imbalanced and characterized by asymmetry. Lastly, the study argues that the role of distance and the actual socio-economic contact have joint impacts on the network information space, which has a certain similarity with the function mechanism on the actual geographic space.

王录仓,严翠霞,李巍.基于新浪微博大数据的旅游流时空特征研究——以兰州市为例[J].旅游学刊,2017,32(5):94-105.伴随着“互联网+”的普及、智能移动设备的广泛使用,以微博为代表的社交网络位置服务信息逐渐增多,为研究旅游流时空特征提供了新的数据来源和视角。文章利用新浪微博LBS签到数据和核密度估计分析方法,从时空维度对兰州市旅游流特征进行了研究。结果表明：旅游流在时间维度上存在明显的节律性,无论是年变化,还是日变化,均表现出明显的旅游流初现期-高峰期-回落期-休眠期变化特征,季相变化明显,夏半年和冬半年存在较大差异,“双峰”特征显著;日变化呈现偏态“金字塔”形结构特征;在空间维度上,具有典型的“核心（城区）-边缘（周边区域）”结构特征,切合旅游景点和旅游服务接待设施空间分布格局。女性游客签到量大于男性游客,流量变化小于男性;女性游客主要集中在主城区活动,男性游客则偏好户外活动丰富的郊野森林公园。省、内外旅游流在时间维度上存在着明显的“超前-滞后”效应,在空间选择上存在着一定的错位现象。从旅游流活动轨迹来看,表现出明显的“轴线-散点”态势：中山桥—白塔山公园—城隍庙—黄河母亲像—水车博览园为主的“黄河风情线”是主要的轴线,而外围地区主要的景点成为吸引游客的主要“散点”,无论是主城区,还是外围地区,均没有形成闭合的旅游环线。

宁鹏飞,万幼川,任福.面向新浪微博签到数据的时空热点事件检测方法[J].测绘与空间地理信息,2017,40(9):33-37.传统面向文本数据的事件检测方法在处理以微博为代表的社交媒体数据时面临着效率和准确性的挑战.同时,社交媒体数据中富含的位置信息常常不能被有效地识别和利用,这无疑会影响到事件检测的效果.本文基于对已有研究的总结归纳,定义了一类面向微博签到数据的时空热点事件,并提出了一种新的微博时空热点事件检测方法对其进行识别.通过两组实际数据的实验,证明该方法能够有效地从海量的微博数据中挖掘出具有时空特征的热点事件.

韩华瑞,代侦勇.湖北省微博签到活动空间差异分析——以新浪微博为例[J].测绘与空间地理信息,2016,39(10):159-162.选取了湖北省2014年1～11月的微博签到数据,通过对55 933个POI、5 820 136次微博签到量进行空间统计分析发现:湖北省微博签到次数呈现出明显的空间差异,17个地区中武汉市微博签到量所占百分比高达71.19％,在湖北省中占绝对优势,其他16个地区中宜昌、襄阳、荆州三地区所占百分比为13.83％,其余13个地区仅占14.98％.在17个地级市中又以各市中心的签到量最大.将17个地级市微博签到量与各地区2014年GDP做散点图,发现GDP与签到量之间呈正相关,通过皮尔森相关系数进行验证,在0.01的显著水平下皮尔森系数为0.959,呈现出高度相关,说明微博签到量与经济发展水平关系密切.

甄峰,王波,陈映雪.基于网络社会空间的中国城市网络特征—以新浪微博为例[J].地理学报,2012,67(8):1031-1043.信息技术影响下的城市区域空间结构变化得到了国内外学者的关注。本文以新浪微博为例,从网络社会空间的角度入手,对中国城市网络发展特征进行了研究。研究表明:微博社会空间视角下的中国城市网络存在着明显的等级关系与层级区分,城市的网络连接度与城市等级表现出了相对一致性。根据城市网络层级与网络联系强度,东部、中部、西部3大区域板块的网络联系差异明显,东部地区内部的联系,以及东部与中部地区和西部地区的联系几乎构成当前网络体系中的全部。城市网络呈现出分层集聚现象,具体表现为"三大四小"发展格局,即京津冀区域、珠三角区域、长三角区域、成渝地区、海西地区、武汉地区、东北地区。高等级城市在整个城市网络中处于绝对支配地位,北京以突出的优势成为全国性的网络联系中心,而上海、广州、深圳则成为全国性的网络联系副中心。

王贤文,王虹茵,李清纯.基于地理位置大数据的京津冀城市群短期人口流动研究[J].大连理工大学学报(社会科学版),2017,38(2):105-113.随着京津冀一体化进程的加速,城市群内部各城市之间的人口流动问题也逐渐引起人们的关注。利用腾讯公司的人口流动大数据,采集了京津冀城市群内部各城市在2015年2月3日至5月30日期间的短期人口流动数据。通过聚类分析,识别出京津冀三个子城市群及其短期人口流动趋势。一方面,通过时间对比分析发现人口流动的时间特征,即春节前的春运期间,人口流动方向主要表现为由中心城市流向非中心城市,而节后春运则与节前时期相反;此外,还发现在非节假日期间人口流动存在明显的周期性规律。另一方面,从空间对比分析得出短期人口流动的地理特征,人口流动与城市的地理位置、经济发展状况、常住人口等因素密切相关。进一步对人口流动时间和空间规律的相应成因进行了深入的分析。

李长风. 基于社交网络位置数据的区域流动空间特征研究——以长三角城市群为例[J].上海城市规划,2014(5):44-50.区域内部可达性的增强使得对区域系统的研究从方法上更强调流动视角下的网络模型应用,内容上则集中在地域组织结构演化的探讨。缺少连续、稳定的观测数据是长期以来研究的瓶颈所在。社交网络位置数据作为网络技术发展下的一类新型数据源,它为实现区域流动空间的观测创造了机会。通过采集社交网络上的位置数据来模拟区域内的人流情况,构造了以城市节点和人流构成的区域流动空间模型,并对其结构特征展开了实证分析。分析表明,长三角地区流动空间具有流动强度层级结构明显、城市牵引力规模依赖、空间形态的多中心、行政区划限制区域流动等特征,这些特征表明尽管局部上表现出了网络特征,但是在区域尺度上,长三角地区的区域流动空间仍然受中心地范式的主导。

甄峰,王波.“大数据”热潮下人文地理学研究的再思考[J].地理研究,2015,34(5):803-811.伴随着移动通信技术的快速发展以及定位应用程序的普及,带有地理空间信息的数据成为"大数据"中的重要部分,为人文地理学研究的发展提供了新的机遇,也契合了人文地理学"计量转向"与"社会转向"的发展规律,以及人文地理学人本主义的发展趋势。但同时,人文地理学者也面临着数据决定论、数据分析方法准备不足以及数据自身缺陷所带来的危机与挑战。在"大数据"热潮下,无论是定量研究还是定性研究,"大数据"还是"小数据"的研究,都应当给予同样的重视,数据规模与数据的采集、分析和阐述并无很大的关联。并且,还需要警惕由于数据垄断可能带来研究的"数字鸿沟",并呼吁人文地理学研究在研究方法与内容等方面与其他学科进行更多的跨学科合作。

汪明峰,宁越敏.网络信息空间的城市地理学研究:综述与展望[J].地球科学进展,2002,17(6):854-863.lt;p>我国泥炭地学经过30余年的初创时期，到1990年基本完成了创建阶段。20世纪90年代以来，泥炭地学处于发展时期，在泥炭沼泽生态系统、泥炭特性与物质组成、泥炭形成环境与聚煤作用对比、泥炭地温室气体与全球变化、泥炭沼泽水文与微地貌、泥炭形成机制与成炭期、泥炭地层以及以泥炭为信息载体的环境变迁等方面的研究日益接近世界先进水平，某些研究甚至处于世界领先地位；与国际交往更加频繁；在泥炭应用和研究方法等方面也取得了显著成就。但泥炭地恢复等方面研究较加拿大等先进国家还有一定距离。总结了我国泥炭地学近10年的研究历史和现状，并对未来研究做了展望。</p>
