(1) All manuscripts that pass the initial review will be sent directly for external review (no need to pay a review fee in advance). A review fee of 300 yuan per article will be charged after the manuscript is accepted (to be paid together with the page charge), and no fees will be charged for manuscripts that are not accepted.

(2) Page Charge Standard: For articles within 8 pages (inclusive), the charge is 4200 yuan per article, with an additional 300 yuan charged for each extra page, up to a maximum of 7800 yuan (i.e., when the actual calculated page charge exceeds 7800 yuan, it will be charged at 7800 yuan).

(3) Our publication is fully color printed, and there is no additional charge for color pages, so authors are encouraged to use more color images.
